"My husband had passed away and I decided to relocate in my community...sort of a fresh start. I didn't know where to begin so when Kirsten came into my life, she was exactly the person I needed to help and guide me through. She is calm, professional, and friendly, giving me the right amount of house selling and buying help. Kirsten was available to me in every way; she went on house searches, always pausing and letting me "feel" the experience, plus helped make every decision on preparing and selling my house. She knew the subs that needed to be hired for both houses. Kirsten is a rock star in real estate, never pushy, always professional, knowlegeable, and kind. She made my experience something I had felt I couldn't do into an experience that allowed me to move forward in my life. I am forever grateful and give Kirsten Hagen the highest recommendation. "

"Great seller experience with an experienced and compassionate agent who is always a step ahead! Kirsten was an amazing asset while we were navigating a fairly quick sale timeline during the winter season. She was responsive, easy to talk to and consistently proactive in her approach to a constantly changing real estate landscape. She was communicative to keep us informed, and always with a sense of compassion. We were able to land within our exceptions, and honestly a bit more… she’s definitely a great resource for the Moss Beach coastal area! Kirsten is the kind of agent who follows up with you well after a closing and is genuinely interested in your life and future plans. Thanks again, Kirsten!"

"I was fortunate to find Marissa and her partner Greta as I was initially trying to sell vacant property in Pacifica. The scope expanded to sell a home in Daly City that was held in a family trust. Eight months of renovation later, we were able to sell under a week and above list price. Marissa and her partner were able to leverage their knowledge and resources both personal and professional to execute the sale. It was an easy dynamic, collaborative and informative. The main challenge for me was all the decisions that had to be made. However, I truly appreciated the patience and guidance. I highly recommend Marissa."
